This course is designed to be an introduction to Equity and Cultural Responsiveness in the classroom. Participants will build an individual and collective understanding of common language for equity, identify ways to effectively employ equitable practices and approaches, deepen their appreciation for diversity, and learn about cultural influences that impact our students and families.
