6/30/24-7/20/24: Making the Grade-The Educator's Survival Toolbox

Participants will explore the complex stressors placed on educators in the midst of immense philosophical and technological change. An introspective look at effective and ineffective coping mechanisms will lay the groundwork for generating more proactive strategies. Assertiveness, advocacy and empowerment will be investigated in the context of finding a more harmonious approach to the school environment. Various learning methodologies will be utilized to gain a better understanding of key adaptive concepts from multiple perspectives. Learn to work from a position of strength and personal empowerment in this course.
